I'm Good At Wasting Time

"I don't know how you sleep in there," Zach commented, tilting his head as he examined Pigeon's recently constructed nest.
"It's comfortable," Pigeon replied. "Come see." He reached over and grabbed Zach's scruff, tugging him into the pile of brush.
Zach grumbled in complaint. "Okay, okay!" he shuffled around for a moment, before settling down next to Pigeon who was already resting comfortably in the nest. Zach lay his head down, snuggling into the soft nest. "This isn't so bad."
"See? I told you."
Zach looked over to Pigeon and tried to move a little away from him, giving the winged-dog a little space. "Are you okay? I'm not kicking you or something, huh? I can't tell what's twig and what's leg in this mess."
"Nah, just relax."
"You sure I'm not hurting you though? I don't think I've ever slept in a nest before."
Pigeon stretched out slightly, one of his wings spreading out across Zach. "Well, there's a first time for everything."
