Baby Rafe

long story short, i got a new character that i was trying to give a revamp to
instead of revamping him i ended up with a different character completely
and that's not what i wanted

So now I have Rafe here and the other design is going to be his older brother
He's going to actually be used mostly as anthro (pic coming as soon as i upload this)
I'll type out his bio on the anthro pic
